What an under appreciated blade. Short and thick blade with a comfy Res-C handle. Maybe we could get these in the near future and in new colors.

Forgot to thank Tiburon for such a great blade

That's what a harbor freight 1x30 and 60 grit ceramic belts are for.

Great advice... :)

Couldn't have said it better myself, but personally...

I'd say making it a 511 would make it better. Oddly enough 4-5" blades carry better for me IWB than the smaller ones. More below the belt to stabilize the knife and keep the handle from wanting to poke out away from the body.

That said, 3" just plain works in a pocket... maybe I need a Basic 3 after all???:confused: :D

Glad you’re enjoying that Basic 3. I saw them right after the posting. And thought about that one. Because of the serrations. Don’t believe I’ve ever seen one like that in any of the Basics.

But awaiting other “fish to fry.” Like the ST56 I grabbed off the X-Change last month. I keep telling myself that I can’t afford them all. Dammit...;-)

Thanks Will. These are my daily EDC rotations. I do have a Mega Warden now in the rotation. I’m real happy with all these smaller blades and time to get Mr. Brown in the mix for the B3

That Basic line was ahead of its time. Res-C on MINFI.

Those are some of the coolest blades Busse made. And the nifty boxes!!! (Wink wink, nudge nudge....anyone with a few laying around I’d like to take them off your hands)

Just sent a knife in an original B9 box (with a different knife than the B9) in it to a bud on here for some extra pizazz!

I love the serrations on that one - working serrations that are so well proportioned to the blade! Had my eyes on that one! Great stuff! Tiburon is a great guy, and I have communicated with him a lot about knives in the past. Super guy.

Unappreciated maybe because it's hard to find ... Many enjoy the sykco 311, I'm sure they'd all enjoy the b3 if they could grab one.
