My sister in law was having a bad week, looked like instead of continuing her education as she had planned for the next year, she was going to have to put it off and work around town. She came over feeling down in the mouth on Monday. I knew I had to cheer her up.

Right after Blade KAAK secured an AS from somewhere and wanted to know if I wanted it. It sounded like a good first Busse for my SIL, since she already had the hog experience at Blade I thought she would appreciate it too. I had intended on giving it to her for a gift on her B Day or the like, but it seemed like she might need a real pick me up on Monday so I said what the heck. She dug it. So I figure I will have to start making sure the safe is locked, or she will be helping herself to bigger and better for herself.

She calls me this morning to tell me that the school of her choice had someone bow out and they wanted to know if she wanted the spot. I congratulated her of course and I told her that her AS brought her luck. See, not only does INFI have the power to make us buy it even when we know we shouldn't, it makes dreams come true too. Way to go Jerry. :D:D:D:D:D

Hmm, if she has access to your safe, I may be able to help her with her tuition..... :cool: ;) :p

Now what INFI do you recommend to help her with her Physics final Thursday.... :confused:
 
Give her my congrats!!! Getting into the right grad school can be tough......in fact, I just got rejected from the last school on my list :( ;) :p


I might need a lucky charm myself! :p ;) ;)

or you could always let her have your new FSH variant.. ;)


EDIT: oh yeah, congrats to her!

And that sucks andrew, but worse things could happen.. :(
 
Congrads to your SIL! I always feel lucky to have found Busse and Swamp Rat knives, and all the great people with them.

I have to admit that the gift of the AS has brought me luck :D The day after John, or Progunner to the most of you, gave it to me, I took a physics test and scored over ten points higher than the last one and then got in to the Pharmacy school I wanted!! The AS is a sweet little piece, and watch out Hogs, there's a possible future hogette in the making ;)

Hey Andrew, sorry to hear about your news. Speaking from experience, you could get rejected, or put on "wait lists," by literally EVERYWHERE you apply and feel like s#!+, but then get get some good news that turns your like around. Keep after what you want and someday your dreams will come true.
