Busse blades over the Holiday

There is no rest for these boys........working over Thanksgiving and loving every minute of it. We did soem work for the fire place and son grabbed the camera took some good photos of the results.. I am afraid that he might be spoiled now as he is looking at other blades wondering of they can handle what we threw at these. Here are just a few shots of the fireplace work on the back porch at my wife's mother's place in Abilene.

The first five are shots of the SarSquatch in action....he is an efficient cutter

Next is used the newly arrived NMSFNO! Awesome keeps moving to the forefront of the brain when discussong this blade. The coating shown scuffs from the battoning, but the blade is STILL as sharp as was on my Swine Sharpness Sheet that came from # 11. (On a side note. use gloves when you can, I got a natsy rub from the wood on the pointer of my right hand from the wood i was using to pound on the NMSFNO) Great times were had though.

You got that right! This was the first chance I had to use it to any extreme other than opening boxes and mail. NO doubt it will handle anything I could ever dish out. She has a few scuffs and sap and what not left on her, but it is wicked sharp under all that gunk I left on the blade. I love convex blades!:thumbup:
