Busse Blueing?

Anyone heard of someone trying this with INFI? I know satin is the honored finish after the initial coating is thrashed off Some of my NRA friends are in love with metal blue. Any pics if possible?

I tried it on an RD9 once. Looked great. But a completely different type of steel.

My Mud razor, now basically bare steel, has developed a nice grey look from cutting vegies, meat and vegitation.

i've had a double cut shbm in the front box of my 4-wheeler for about three years now in a brown kydex rig. it has just a tiny patch of patina on the pommel, the rest is as good as the day it was made and all that with no oil or protection.

Not all INFI Rusts equally.

Some Slowly turn dark grey, some turn Rust orange, I started a thread about this a year or two ago.

What I do not have so far are two knives treated the same that turn two different colors.

Most common seems to be a fine grain Rust, sort of like Dust.

Browning with Lemon juice could prolly be done over time.
