So what sort of bone is used in those handles? Cattle, deer...human? Haha. :)

They look awesome.

Hmmmm....I have some Bone Handles I thought they were either Giraffe or Camel....Good Drinker Bad Rememberer?!

Giraffe bone for the most part. We have used some camel bone in the past but mostly giraffe.

I visited my orthopaedic surgeon a few weeks ago and he said as soon as I decided I couldn't handle the pain anymore....I was a candidate for a knee replacement.
My youth coming back to haunt me:grumpy: I told him I was good as long as my scotch supply holds out.

So........LMFAO.........what if I procured my own replaced parts? It would definitely be a personalized blade that I could never sell :D

Oh haha..oh hell man, having a blade made with your own bones as the handle. That sounds vaguely disturbing lol

Many years ago, in "another life" I worked with a guy who carried a bali-song (he was Pilipino)that was adorned with human bone inserts on the handles. Nice guy who I got (well get as I see him every few years) along really well with, but he scared me just a little at the same time. Let’s just say I was happy he liked me as well...!!!

I'd be willing to donate my bones to BUSSE for knife handle use after I croak in trade for a really nice custom BUSSE now. :D

It's better than having them get wasted moldering underground.

I'd hafta run it all by my Wife first though. She might not go for it.

Wow. I kinda like that idea. Gives a whole new meaning to "lifetime warranty". :)

You got kids Bullcarver? They could literally say, "I'm going to chop with Pop" ;)
