Ok fellow anorexic fans ☺….This is a Busse Anorexic Boss Street sheath and companion sheath that I made for a customer. This was a custom order and I was given free rein to think through the ideal set up for EDC, hiking or where ever. Having been traveling for a few weeks I finally got around to implementing my sketches into an actual prototype. This one was fun to make!
The knife sheath is designed as a hard use sheath, strong 7oz leather, kevlar reinforced stitching, waterproofing treatment, and strong retention.
The companion sheath holds a custom 3/8” firesteel which I customized with a black paper micarta handle to match the material of the CABS handle, an EZE Lap diamond rod (I use aluminum to cut some weight down from the brass version), a firesteel striker (accommodates a GG or LMF super striker, or a hacksaw blade), and a security attachment McGizmo clip to secure it to the firesteel cord. I am actually toying with the idea of drilling a 14mm hole in the front or back and adding in a permanent mini tracker button compass from bestglide.
