Surely you all remember this Jerry Busse Thread:

In that Thread, we were all treated to a spectacular Busse Cake Knife.

That knife was recently spotted in Cleveland, OH (yes ... Cleveland, Guy!!) on 25 July 2009.

It was, oddly enough, right next to this:

Yes, Guy ... it is a very, very thin Busse knife.

I located it in downtown Cleveland at the Marriott. It was in the possession of this young lady:

As you can see, she's apparently had some actual training with knives.

Of course, this is my beloved daughter, Jessica. Jerry, the Boss Man Himself, volunteered to make her weddding 'extra special' with a unique Busse cake knife.:D:thumbup:

Congrats to the happy couple.

I'm in the early planning stages of my own wedding, and am trying to convince the fiance' that a Busse cake knife would be the perfect way to celebrate our love. She is skeptical ;) :D

Dean and Jessica:

They wasted no time, dismembering the cake with one of Busse's Finest:

The Hero gets a reward:

Merriment ensues:

Despite determined resistance, the cake was vanquished.

In case anyone was wondering, INFI can withstand the horrendous impact of cake and even dense frosting:

A little expert sharpening, and my darling daughter will have the finest kitchen knife on the planet.

Pimpin' INFI to the youngins?!! Nothin' finer my friend.
Congrats and Best Wishes to a very fine bloodline.:thumbup:

Dean obviously has fantastic taste in women (woman I should say), but does he have any INFI of his own?

My thanks and those of my entire family to Jerry Busse, his family and Crew.

Jerry Busse made that special day even more special, to me, my wife and to my daughter. Not to mention Dean's family!

Thank you, Boss Man. We will not forget.:)

She needn't be.

I can attest -- the cake was absolutely no trouble once I flashed that cake knife.;)

Congratulations, Jamie, to you and your whole family! That is a knife they will treasure forever!

Beautiful pics! Congrats to the newly married couple and both families!

And that is a very cool knife...

Fantastic pictures of a beautiful couple, Jamie. Congrats to you and Homeseller on the wedding of your daughter and thanks for sharing. We NEVER get pics of the OP clan! ;) :D

Oh...and great knife, too. So does it stay in YOUR collection, or does it go to the young'ns?

Congrats to the Lucky Couple and the Busse Combat Co for building the Cake cutter:thumbup:

My friend, I couldn't pry that out of my daughter's hands with an INFI prybar.

Nope, that's part of her permanent collection.:)

And it's best that way.

Congratulations and best wishes to the newlywed couple.

I was recently married and it never occured to me to look to the people at Busse Combat for a wedding cake knife. What a great idea! I guess I should've taken a more active role in the planning of my own wedding.

Sounds like you'll make a great father-in-law.

All jokes aside Jamie, thanks for sharing a truley awesome day and knife with us.
