Anyone have any info on the new INFI Steel Combat basics line(in particular the #7)?
I'd like to hear some more about the new INFI
steel in comparison to say, A2 or D2. Also
what kind of blade coating does Busse use on this line? On his custom line it was some kind of ceramic spray coating or something, I wonder how it holds up? any info I'd like to hear, also what about pricing and availability?

There were several discussions a while back about the Busse Basics line (including steel characteristics, blade coating, etc....). Try doing a search in the forums and you'll definitely find some recent discussions on the Busse Basics line.
Can't wait to get my hands on a Basics #5.
