Wanted to throw out I've met some great people involved in Busse Combat. I've called the shop a few times and no matter who answers my question, (which they've probably discussed a couple hundred times with other people), they're always patient and helpful. Jerry and Garth have jumped on the line and I know they're plenty busy. The girls in the office are great.

Amy helped me track down something I wanted and I'm very grateful.:D

I had a hiccup in ordering a Fat FBM from the Company Store and Vicki was all over it.

A few months ago I met Mike Hammy Hamhog at a gun show and had a great time. That same week I met the man whose image is the Busse Combat soldier on the home and Co Store website, Lieutenant Allen, we talked knives till we absolutely had to go elswhere.

Anytime I've contacted Eric he has been extremely helpful.

I read some posts where things can get hostile on other forums. I dont really check any other forums but folks seem to treat each other with a good measure of respect here. It's cool to look at somebody else's knives (cause I cant afford all of em) and forget about work for a while.

Leaving a few folks out, dont want the post to get too long but you get where I'm at. If things were otherwise I'm sure others wouldnt hang around very long. Also seems like the number of members posting from other countries is growing lately too!

Anyway thanks y'all! Lets get back to posting pics of knives!

for me, customer service is just as important as the product.

both are fantastic and second to none.

Much more than "just" helpful or "great" customer service, I am going to say something that may not initially come across to those folks who deal with the Busse and Swamp Rat crew on an infrequent or irregular basis. Even though I have not yet met any of them in person, I feel like I have talked with some of them via e-mail or PMs enough to conclude the following:

They are truly nice people. Even on the Internet where things may not come across entirely as intended, they come across to me as just really nice people. I don't know how else to say it. BTW, I am sucking up to anyone here; just pointing out something that may not be as easy to see.

well, at least you admit it. :D

Dayyyummmm, I can't believe that slip...LOL.

NO, I am not sucking up...unless of course we are talking about another lost tag in southern Arizona. Then I will suck up all day and night if need be :D .

I've said else where ,more naively? Yes, I just say what I mean, don't read into it too much. After a lot of time going back and forth throughout the web the only negative thing I've come accross about Busse Knives is essentially an old stick in the mud kind of person who walked to school and back 20 miles and everything at that time was and still is the best and it only cost five cents.

I can't remember the poster per say but it something like this " Sure I could have spent only twenty bucks , to know that I can depend on it every time is worth every penny." Good food for thought.

HDBeav is also correct the customer service rocks!!!:D

Welcome to the club!

Hi! All my dealings with Busse, The Co. Store and Eric have always been top notch. I am a customer for life. I think good people attract other good people.

I agree.
Busse and all the employees ROCK.
The only thing I can't understand is how they put up with me. :foot:
