Busse Combat is having phone issues!

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you try calling the office, you will not get through.
We had a thunderstorm come though Wauseon last night which I believe is the reason for the trouble.
I have called the phone company to come take a look, we should be good to go within 24 hours.

Lexi, I would call but it only breaks my heart when I have to say "Good Bye" and hang up…..:(
 
We had a really bad storm as well. I was caught in it on a call. Kingston TN got a good bit of damage.
 
We lost our phones and internet the other day when a farmer using a backhoe cut a fibre-optic cable.:eek:
 
I've tried to call the custom shop all day, but keep getting the answering machine that says call back between 9 & 5.

However, I did get an email from Lexi today. So that seems to be working.

She did state in her email that they are very backed up on emails.
I would imagine with the phone issues, they have been inundated with emails.

Sweet, paid for my knife on the 30th, was promised an email with tracking. Blade happened. Sent two more emails asking about its status and... nothing.
 
Sarcasm? I mean I understand and can empathize that it can be frustrating especially after paying a large sum of money to not hear back, but it's not like you're being robbed nor cheated. I suggest calling tomorrow, emailing once more, and private messaging either Garth or Lexi or even Jerry. For the most part their customer service is quite good. Hope your experience improves from here on out.
