I have been getting tons of emails asking who to contact in the office. For those of you who have called recently you have talked to Shaley. She is handling the day to day office stuff now. We have set up an email for her at shaley@bussecombat.com if anyone needs to reach her. She can also be reached via customerservice@bussecombat.com or you can always call the office at (419)923-6471 and she will help you out with whatever you need.

Hopefully we'll see Shaley around on the forums as well, although I'm sure she's slammed at the moment with all the activity and all these orders shipping out of the shop. :thumbup:
 
Edit: I sent an email to Shaley and she replied quickly and was very helpful. It seems with all the orders there was a mix up of some sort, and she had likely not been the one who mishandled my requests. No harm no foul. Looking forward to this beast. Thanks Shaley!

Thanks Garth....I spoke with Shaley today in regards to my BG WTF. She was extremely helpful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I changed few things with last few orders, and Shaley WAS AWSOME

I have spoken to her 3 times now about various orders and she has been great every time. She was also able to finally get a continuing shipping / billing address problem sorted out. Now my knives can actually get delivered without the UPS man having to put 15 notes on my door. Thanks.

She's cool. Met her at knob creek last year. She has big shoes to fill, but she's stepping up to the plate very well.

She gets a big Roll Tide from me.

It's nice to talk to a Bama fan from Ohio.

Shaley was great helping me this afternoon paying up the last few orders and she told me the grab bag will be shipping in a few weeks
