beautiful!! how do you get the curl for the thumb break? do you heat it after its been formed and curl it?

Also how do you do the gap below the handle so the kydex doesn't wrap tightly around the handle, giving the blade room to enter the sheath? something I noticed about yours that I wished I could do..

Since I’m in no hurry i hand fit every sheath i make with a heat gun to get it just the way i want it. I probably insert the knife 30-40 times before I’m happy..
