Busse Combat's E-Mail is having technical difficulty

Last night, Jerry contacted me by phone and asked to kindly post the following:

While he can receive e-mail, he has been unable to send e-mail since Y2K...the problem might be originating from his ISP as well...they are trying to work it out. Identifying the problem was slow going.

He apologizes to those who have been waiting for e-mail responses as a result of this issue.

He is asking that if you send a note, please include your phone number so he and his staff can follow up with a personal phone call.

Cool I feel better because I run his email for him! The good thing is we only route the incoming mail. The outgoing mail is run by his own ISP.

Seriously, it's probably his ISP in Ohio or something with his e-mail application...they are working the problem out.

That's good to know. I have been waiting for a reply to several emails concerning delivery of my Battle Mistress. I sent them a check (Dave actually) for payment in full + shipping back in November, when I was told the knife would be ready to ship on 11-29-99. No word from anyone, despite several emails. Maybe this explains it? A return phone call might be a good idea...

Same here. I'm still waiting for an update on 2 knives that were suppose to have shipped no later than Jan 14.
 
RFrost and Not2Sharp...I spoke to Jerry yesterday about this post.

In case you have not done so yet, you both need to contact Jerry with your phone numbers. I mentioned your SCREEN names to him, but you need to call him or send e-mail with your REAL names so he can cross-reference your order
