Hi. We have spoken to Verisign and American Express and hopefully have some answers why some sales are voided, and some solutions.
We changed some Verisign settings that should make it easier for bank verifications and fewer voided transactions.
1) American Express said corporate cards sometimes have restrictions relating to the category of business the card can be used at. The only way around this is for the company, in this case, Busse Company Store, to call American Express, get a voice authorization number and enter the transaction manually.
2) The charge for your purchase was denied for personal or credit reasons.
3) If the above reasons do not apply for a voided transaction then the card holder would need to contact American Express and ask.
We will be monitoring Verisign for voided transactions and hopefully will see the amount decrease. Please feel free to email me if you have any problems or concerns.
