it appears that the main server "apache" has crashed a couple of times and they are now working with the shopping cart people "miva" to get things up and running.
i'll have vicki working on this with them as when i try to talk to them they all sound like they are speaking indian with marbles in their mouths or have drank a couple bottles of scotch.:grumpy:

I feel your pain Skunk.

2 days ago I had to call my server 3 friggin times before I got one that I could understand:grumpy:

Took me 20min with the da*m first one before I figured out he had no idea what I was talking about. 3rd one could speak english and had me going in 5 min.

You know I gotta admit that bugs me pretty good, but if it is possible to do the tech support through a text based application I'd recommend it. Even though you can read their accents it still makes it a lot easier to understand and somehow goes by much faster. Or at least that was my experiences with HP.

no fix yet, they say 3 to 4 hours for dns change over, we are supposed to be getting a faster server. till then our cart is in limbo. sorry
