the server that carries our inventory processes our orders through another (verisign) processor. when someone starts to order a knife and then backs out before okaying his card the knife gets marked down as sold and removed from the inventory.
so i have to go in and re-inventory the knife to get it back up. when we receive just a couple of one style it may look like they go fast but we still might have one.
confusing huh? no $hit....
i try to delete the canceled orders as fast as i can but sometimes because of time zones and drinking it might take a couple of hours.
please bear with us till we get our full order in, busse's are very busy right now.
