My TGLB decided to take a slight detour on it's way to me. Even with the madness that is ganza, and all of the extra workload everyone is going to have, Lexi is having the package rerouted to make it to her real destination! (like you all don't have enough to do already). A HUGE THANK YOU TO LEXI AND EVERYONE AT THE SHOP for being right on this and not making me panic and worry about where my new knifey goodness is going to end up.

Lexi is amazing at what she does! She takes care of everyone. I can't wait to see pictures of your knife once you finally get it :thumbup:
 
Lexi is awesome. The one time I called the shop for payment she had to of been the kindest person I have ever spoken with on the phone. I should be calling her at the shop quite a bit here in the next few months:D
 
she's going to drive it here herself and bring all the girls with her, there will be much drinking and carrying on. <just kidding, but if you ladies ever do want to see my state, the welcome mat is ALWAYS out for you and we are a quick train ride to NYC>

If by good you mean there will be much drinking and merriment..... Make it a Busse crew trip n come on out. If you boys are good we'll even let you come to NYC with us. Hehehe

Glad it's going in the right direction now. I too had a little shipping mishap recently but, One phone call and all was well. Lexi took care of everything, all was put right ! Never once worried because I knew how great the Busse Combat customer service is !!!!
 
I have checked the tracking and it is en route to me now. I will post pics as soon as she comes. In the meantime here is something to look at.

I've only had to use their warranty once and it was on my Team Gemini with a cracked tube in the handle.

Lexi took great care of me :thumbup:
