So I ordered my CG ASH a few days after ordering my LE. I usually take a few days wanting to figure out what color combination to go for! I submitted my order and then waited anxiously to see my Desert Olive/Tan Mag ASH!

To my surprise (and horror), I opened my package and found an Olive Drab / Tan Magnum ASH!! :eek: Surely someone made a mistake! Well, I checked my screenshot of my order, and discovered that there had been a mistake...me!! :foot: Here I went and ordered a combination by mistake...and the only person to blame was myself. Hey, Desert Olive - Olive Drab, it could happen!

So I immediately emailed Busse and the great Amy-0 immediately replies and tells me that they will swap my unwanted ASH with an ASH that I'd prefer! And at no extra cost (since I picked a different color combination that cost the same as what I had received); they even ate the cost of shipping me a second blade. I only had to pay shipping to send the ASH back to them!

So yesterday I opened my new ASH. I finally got a picture of it today:

This has my first (and hopefully, LAST) opportunity to take advantage of Busse's legendary customer service; and all I can say is PASS THE KOOL AID!!

Will anyone be surprised about Busse's customer service when reading this? Probably not. Will anybody be surprised that I made it was me who made this fubar? Again, probably not. :p
Many thanks to Jerry, Garth, Amy-0, and the rest of Busse for helping to fix my mistake.

Great color combo! I have an LE and a Hog edition coming. I already have a sage and tan mag, but I am trying so hard to not order a sage and black macarta. I don't know how successful I will be!!!
