Busse Customer Service

Just wanted to shout out to the Busse gang (especially Shaley :thumbup and thank them for the great customer service. I know this should be the norm with all companies but it simply is not the case anymore. I know I echo what many have stated here before but I had contact with Shaley for the 1st time about a shipping issue and she was simply outstanding. She went the extra mile and I really do appreciate that.

Thanks Jerry for not only producing a great product but backing it with a fantastic warranty and top tier customer service! This is another reason why the Busse brand stands out and above others.
