Busse Customer Service

At the end Busse blades turn out cheaper because you pay only once for the knive no matter what you do with it. :thumbup:
 
Busse's customer service is the exception rather than the norm for the extra effort always put forth into making the customer happy & satisfied. I'm sorry about your troubles with the custom & hope that you can get it worked out. BTW, I like it, and can see why you'd like to either keep it & get the handle fixed or obtain first right of refusal. Beautiful blade! :thumbup:
 
frazer, i'm sorry to hear about your experience. we are currently out of busse folders (they were on the "store" site last night and only last a few minutes.

rest assured, you WILL NOT have this problem or treatment with a busse blade.

Well you cant grind on it, or dip it in red hot MAGMA....but thats about it;). People have shot them with guns, stomped on them when imbedded in cinderblocks and one guy hit one for 8hrs(or some long #) with a wrench until they broke. In those instances I recall jerry replacing them(if I am wrong correct me).

I love Busse for that...everything from the product to the people is unique.

I was one of the lucky ones last night to actually pick up a few Busse folders, I have one in my cart now if anybody wants me to drop it..

If you have a custom, variant or proto that you decide to actually use - and it breaks - how is that covered?

If a knife arrived in a condition different from the knife you bought it seems to me the shop should make it right. But maybe I have gotten used to dealing with stand individual makers and with Busse. SO far I have never experienced customer service like Busse's. In fact I would be afraid to describe the fantastic things I have seen them do for fear it might all disappear like waking from a dream. The Busse family is quite astonishing. Hard to believe they are so generous.

If there actually were any Busse folders around, there would be people showing them off all over the place. No, just good old hog propaganda to mess with our heads, I'm afraid. ;)
