Just finished talking with Amy-O at the shop and I wanted to pass on how impressed I continue to be with the top-notch customer service they provide.

The whole crew there continues to deliver some of the best, if not the best, service that I have experienced over the years.

Last time I called I talked to Jerry and we laughed about me weighing 315 and that being his goal weight. :D

Jerry is the Best businessman around!! And he's a darn good janitor, too!

I agree about the businessman....but Janitor????

Our floors are a mess cause all that Janitor does is mop up spilled Johnny Walker Blue:eek::eek:LOL

I've been in Customer Service since 1998. Managing call centers and on the front line taking calls so I expect Superior Customer Service at all times and am very vocal when I don't get it. Amy O and the Busse team are TOP NOTCH. That also includes the BCS and Eric at SRKW as well.:thumbup::thumbup:
 
Agreed. They dont give me any hassle over special billing/shipping instructions, reply to you fast and keep their word when they tell you they'll do something by a certain date.
