Busse customer service

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Amy and all involved at Busse customer service. I recently purchased a Batac that had some marks on the top of the spine. After reading threads here, I emailed Amy and she said to just send it in. So I shipped it last Saturday 10/9 and figured I'd hear from them in a few weeks. To my surprise I got an email from Lexi on Wednesday 10/13 saying it was on it's way back to me. I got it today and have included a before and after picture.
I am fairly new to Busse knives but with service like this, I think I'll stick around.

It's obvious that CS is and has been a priority at Busse Combat. Nice knife btw...
 
I can't say enough good things about the CS at Busse.
I found out my cousin was deploying for the sandbox and they got me his knife within a couple weeks.
 
Never had to use them, but if I did, I would not hesitate to send something in.

One problem I do have with them, every time some one sends in a sweet piece (oh, I don't know, like a Btac with snakeskin and satin) for some reason, they send it back to the owner, and not to me.

I thought this issue was already resolved.......


All Busse service returns, sharpening, CS mods, and refurbish items should be sent directly to me, once the shop fixes or refinishes, or modds them!

Good thread.

I've called Busse's main switchboard like 3 times. Two of the times I spoke with Lexi and once I spoke with Amy. They are well mannered 'receptionists'

+1 for them :D
