Busse customer service

Just thought you Hog's might like to know. Busse's customer service is still up to par. I had an issue with my Boss Jack , I know hard to believe", how ever the handle was just to small. I contacted Amy, love her, and she suggested liner's. I sent it back and had liner's put on but, they didn't help. If it doesn't feel right in the hand, it's no good to me. Anyway Busse being the great company they are, Amy said if i wasn't happy then pick another blade and Busse would swap it. I did just that and Garth is working on it for me as we speak. My point is, you can't go wrong with Busse Knives because they will always make you happy one way or another. I am a very satisfied customer and will be for life.
 
Yep, the best I have ever seen in my limited experience dealing with them. Most companies talk a bunch of crap, Busse on the other hand, goes all out to please the customer, no matter the concern. No reason to ever come on the forum and complain from what I have seen, they will take care of you without hesitation.:thumbup:
 
Customer Service is 2nd to NONE!!! I have had several knives redone one way or another and each time the experience has been flawless. I think Jerry, Jennifer and Dan have done a fantastic job at getting the staffs they have and instilling in them there values of a successful business. Well Done to all associated with the Busse family!!!

NONE BETTER.

It is a dang shame more American companies cannot follow the same business model.
