Busse - Dimensions

Hey guys, I can't decide between Basic 7 and Steel Heart II :confused: . I need accurate dimensions of those two knives, so I can make model from plexi and really decide which one would be better for me , also comparison pic would be handy. Thanks
 
I'll search for some dimensions, but just a thought incase you were unaware. The basic 7 is modified infi and the steel heart II being infi. The SH will have better edge retention...

Off to see what I can come up with. :)
 
All I found was that the Basic 7 is 11.5 oz :footinmou

I really gotta quit posting after a cup of coffee. Someone more helpful will be along :)

It depends on what you're looking for. If you think you'd be happier with a softer handle, go for the 7, otherwise get a Steel Heart, that being said, from what I've seen, a basic 7 will cost you around 1/2 as much.
 
I would appreciate at least to know how wide blade is in Basic 7 and in SH II. It's seems to me that SH II is better choper and Basic 7 is very similar to Camp Tramp
 
I have all three versions with me, I'll go measure them when I get a break. :D Also I can send you a posterboard cut out of each knife so you can get a real nice plexi "blank" .......... hmmm ........ got me to thinking about a very high strength pattern now! :D:D

EDIT: Heres those measurements from what knives I own, from top to bottom:

SHSH2 blade: 8.25" long 2" wide
SHe: blade: 7.5" long 1.75" wide
Basic 7 blade: 7.25" long 1.5" wide
