Well, it seems Jerry has copped to the crappy edges he's selling.

My question is: What are we to make of the inspection sticker? Does this mean that Jerry stands behind those knives? Since Jerry now admits that the finish on his knives is sub-par how are we to interpret the inspection sticker?

Clearly, the knives left the factory being certified as inspected yet having dull edges.

So it seems all my Busse's are owed a sharp edge. Is Jerry offering shipping to return the knives to correct his admitted oversight?

:eek: I've only heard of a few that weren't razor sharp. Mine are fine ... plus I can sharpen a user ....

Wrong. He sounds like a troll. He did not get a response to his commentary in Jerry's thread, so now he posts his own.

Jeff, hasn't Amy-0 specifically given you the phone number of the shop for you to call when you have so many questions? Hasn't she asked you before to call the shop when you want such questions answered correctly and promptly? I can post the link if you'd like. :)
 
There are only very very few knives that didn't have a super sharp edge and the customer service will take care of that free of charge. There is no problem. Inspection sticker doesn't mean anything, nobody is perfect and that includes you and me.
