im pretty new to bf so if this post is not in the propper section mods please move!!

I see alot of Busse knives posted for sale but not many pics. I would like to know if they make a blade that is 4-41/2" and what are they called and if any of you folks could post some pics here with the proper names to help educate me that would be cool........ thanks guys for your anticipated help with my Busse education.

Busse does change models very often making only one knife for few monthes. To buy you may choose current model, what is left in Busse Company Store or buy used knife.

I pick mine in company store - most convinient way. But it is not there any more.

keep posting the pics guys and list the names !! i like the ones with the non coated blades !! if some one can list the names of the 4" models that would help my as i would like to find one in the for sale threads for a edc.

This is my Desert Anorexic Badger Attack (DABA) - I love it - It's like a 2/3 scale Special Forces Natural Outlaw (SFNO), and about as capable:

Any of the defender knives have around a 4" blade too, right?
(Urban Defender, Jungle Defender, depends on color)
It's basically a tanto point BA3, isn't it?

Was it well finished after you stripped it or did you have it blasted?

I have one close to that on the way, it arrived in SF today at 8:00 but I don't know what is taling the P.O. so long to get it here:grumpy:

There's a 4 1/2" public defender (with a custom leather sheath) for sale in the exchange right now :thumbup:

these pics show what it was like right after I stripped it. Afterward, I used a screwgun with a brown scotchbrite wheel to buff a little. It is almost satin finished.

They are quite a bit smaller than the size he is asking about, but still nice blades.
