Busse Extravaganzas?

Hi all. I remember several years ago during the Steelers/Seahawks Superbowl game Busse had one of their extravaganzas. It was sheer awesomeness. While all my buddies were watching the very entertaining game, I sat in front of the computer hoping desperately to get one of the knives offered. The gods were smiling down on me that day as I scored one of these highly coveted blades.

I have been away for several years due to life/marriage/kids and whatnot. My question is... does Busse still hold these and how do they usually announce them?

Sorry if this has already been discussed somewhere else. I'm not good with the search function.

Yep, they still do them. They are announced here and they post all the specs and instructions. Busse sends out a newsletter, but I'm not sure if they announce 'ganzaas that way. I just check here every few days.

Nothing has been announced, but I expect there'll be one shortly since Knob Creek was just a couple weeks ago.
 
Not as often as the good old days.

In the past, a lot of the Busse over run from shows like Knob Creek and Blade made it to a 'ganza of some sort.

With the secondary market buyers aggressively buying at these shows now, there are no scraps from the show trough.
 
You just never really know what the Big Guy is gonna do. Heck most of the time I dont know what he is gonna do.

Great news!

Lets see how far we can take this. I wish for a traveling trunk show in Austin and for the entire Busse crew to make it down. Fingers crossed.....
