Busse FBM Confusion

I've not been around the forum nearly long enough to be dialed in on lots of things. Here are a couple (of many) things I'm pretty clueless about:

:confused: Is the FBM, or whichever blade is next up, likely to appear first on the Busse Combat Home site (where the War Boar's been available) or the Company Store site --or both?

:confused: Still unsure of the differences. I'm assuming that knives listed on the Busse Home site are available for order to be delivered some time in the future as the run progresses, as opposed to being immediately available and "in stock" as in the Company Store. Am I getting this right?

busse combat will offer the blades first, at that time you can order whatever combo is offered. delivery time should be around two weeks... or so.

when busse combat has a ton of orders placed we see what the most popular combos are, and at that time the busse company store places an order for a years worth of the most popular combos.

if you want it your way (burger king) you place your order with busse combat. if for some reason (taxes, bar tab, divorce, prison) you can't order from busse combat no worry, the busse store will have some to sell.

i know you are going to ask, "well why doesn't the company store still have the natural outlaw or the steel heart". it's because so many new piglets are crossing the road to the trough o infi that no matter how many we stock they get snorted up!!!

we are working hard to solve this problem so be prepared when the earths polar axis shifts to the company store... you might be walking on your walls till inventory thins out a bit.

A little more seriously -- looks like the Company Store features some blades like the Game Warden (great little knife by the way) and the Hell Razor which were never offered (?) on the Busse Combat site.

will it be easy/possible/considered as much of a priority order if i order online as if i order via phone? <from bussecombat.com> or should i just plan on calling them?

Priority orders are simple...
Send Jerry a bottle of Pig's Nose scotch and you'll get your order withing two weeks. Send Jerry a bottle of JW Blue and you'll get your order within two weeks. Send Jerry a bottle of each and rumor has it, he'll deliver it personally within two weeks. ;)

Online or phone, I'd say that they have equal priority. However, I'd order early (whichever way you choose, phone or online) Get your order in early, hopefully you'll get your order early ;)

I'd expect the base model to be in the $387 area, maybe $397.

If you've been watching, most models went up about 10% or so. But some of them were before steel prices started up.

Will be cool to see what the market does when they come out.....:thumbup:
