Whats everyones opinion on a good hiking, camping, maybe hunting knife? Thinking about Fehrman last chance , Shane Sibert Scout, or a Busse.

Fehrman Peace Maker is a very nice knife. Thinner stock, probably better for the applications you listed.

I have a Fehrman designed by Doc Ron Hood. It's a great knife, coated 3V, very light, thin handle with removable scales.. Less fast but extraordinarily tough, Busse Steelheart II and Natural Outlaw are my favourite hard users, but not really suitable for much kitchen work. There are thinner Busses. Infi is great stuff.
Can't comment on the Siberts, almost bought one for the double edge and/or serrations, which most folks don't like, but I can't see them displacing the Fehrman or the Busses.
I guess it depends on your hand size and personal preference because these are really outstanding knives. But you will need a second knife for small work. I always wear a small knife when I'm on the land or water.

I got to really test out the Fehrman while doing the article for Tactical Knives. I was rather impressed in all aspects. One now rides in the back of my truck 24/7.

I have a couple of each and I am sure none of them would let you down.My Busse Steel Heart E rides with me most of the time. :D

All great knives and you will not go wrong with any of them.

My current choice.

Sibert Scout, with a couple of minor changes to suit my usage'.
