Okay, so last night my buddy and I caught a nice string of some flathead catfish. As we were cleaning those suckers and sharpening my old cheap fillet knife in between fish I started thinking how sweet it would be to have an infi fillet knife. Has there ever been one made? If not, lets make it happen cause I would buy half a dozen of those things and I'm sure many others who are fisherman would do the same.
 
I don't know 100% the details but I know of rumor that they exist :):) You could try the search option here if you haven't already :thumbup::)
 
I know a guy that has that whole set of black canvas scaled ones..... ;)
 
Infi wouldn't be as good as the D2 ones. Elmax.....now that would be impressive!!!!
 
Fillet.jpg This is the most recent 4 inch that was referred to above from the bay , I also have a 6 inch . They are very sharp and work very well for food prep. Also you can search this forum and find several threads that shows me using the 6 inch.Fillet 2.jpg
 
Duude, nice blade man. Yes, I'd be super happy with an Elmax fillet as well.
 
You are very lucky that sold during blade week joe otherwise you would of paid double : p !!! Epic score man
