Was prepairing to set up the "barrbie" and decided to use my Busse #7 on the game hens instead of the cleaver I usually use which I made out of 01. I usually have to buff up the edge after chopping up approx. 6 game hens. This time with the #7 when I was done it still make the hair on my arm pop off.
I know, this is not a very in depth test but I am impressed at the way it handles chicky skin, chicky flesh, and chicky bones!
I guess I just don't care how many "megahumps"there are in "gigawamp" on a gnats ass while it slides down the edge of my blade. It cuts, thats all I want to know!
