I have many from azwelke for years now, top notch fitment. Currently waiting on a david brown sheath too.

As mentioned above, David or Al for Kydex.

For leather, I love Harry Savage’s sheaths. Fairly quick TAT, too:

David Brown is an awesome kydex bender, as is Azwelke

Patriot Leather made several awesome leather sheaths for me in this pattern, but it might be wise to hit up GBU regarding them since I've bought from them.

Mark Condo's leather and customer service is outstanding, but I don't think he's taking orders right now.

Dwayne with Amoralleather is another great leather sheath maker
