Busse Grab Bag Shipping

This is what Jerry said about it...

"This is your chance to score some killer cool Busse Kin blades at insane savings and near immediate shipping on the first batch that is ready to go!"

I'm not totally clear on the math, but I've been lurking long enough that it works something like seconds multiplied by hours divided by the square root of number of months in a fiscal quarter, plus 10% of the number of minutes in a leap year, carry the 1, plug that number into the Busse time-unit conversion formula, comes out to about...

Two weeks.

Are they charging the standard $1 deposit until it ships or are we paying in full before we get the soldier and bags? This is the only time I really would appreciate it not coming immediately.

lol takin a poundin. I realize it's not a grab bag, but the AK (midnight blue/maroon) I ordered earlier this summer shipped in 7 weeks and is due to arrive today. When I spoke to Amy--a great person btw if you haven't had the chance to talk to her--she said things were changing at Busse as they move towards being setup for quicker turn around times. I realize we've heard this before in the knife community, but the S!K gang is claiming to change things up as well so I guess time will tell whether or not the blades fly off the shelf. As mentioned by others in previous threads, I myself don't mind waiting for a quality product.

Either way, the 7 weeks on my AK is pretty promising if you ask me.

Edit: Might have shipped sooner had my card not declined :D

We charge your credit card with a refundable $1.00 at the time of your order to validate your payment method. As a courtesy, the order balance will be charged to your credit card roughly 7 to 14 business days prior to actual shipment.
