Greetings,
I am a user, not a collecter. I only have one infi blade, a 1:300 I bought when they first came out in the 90's. I have admired the rucks, and a few others but finances and timing never worked out. Recently while surfing youtube I ran across a blade design I would love to try in infi. The man in the video calls it a Koshinata, for your viewing pleasure - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GM60prhzj_o I would describe it as a large knife, not unlike a battle mistress with a ruck length, or hand and a half handle. I could see where this would take chopping to a whole new level. It sounds awkward but watching the video, I think it works and would love to see something like this in infi.
Regards,
Josh
Ps.
for those that like to use their infi to cut all different kinds of stuff I recently go hold of a discarded calf roping lariat, made of nylon I think. The old shbm did not let me down and the previous owner was impressed. He said most guys cant get them cut. My blade was snicking through it most chops with it free hanging.
