This is a lightly used Busse HOGSTJLE - it was used to chop up cardboard boxes and some sticks, and it has been stropped with sandpaper and leather. I purchased this from another BF member last year and had a sheath made for it.
It comes with a mint, right-handed custom sheath from Dan at Semper Paratus Tactical. The sheath is made of nylon with a kydex insert molded to this knife.
Due to the satin finish, scuff marks appear on the surface from both the sheath and from stropping on sandpaper. The blade itself feels completely smooth, however. The scuff marks can be easily sanded or buffed off with very fine grit material to a mirror finish.
Other than the scuff marks, there are no other physical imperfections in the blade, handle or edge.
Shipped and insured through Priority USPS to CONUS for $625. This one is SOLD!
Postal MO or PayPal accepted.
I will only entertain trades for other satin or DC Busse knives.
First "I will take it" posted here gets it. Thanks for looking!
6" blade, 12" overall, .22" thickness
I tried to show the scuff marks as best as I could - different lighting makes them appear and disappear. As I mentioned, the blade feels silky smooth.
For size comparison, here it is next to a FBMLE (no, the FBM is not part of the sale!
