Just saw you guys got some great reviews and press in F&S. Full page spread of the Battle Mistress and the following review under "Heavy-Duty Hackers"

The Battle Mistress is not a radical design. It has a conventionally shaped 10-inch blade, but it is nearly 2 pounds, and quite literally as sharp as a razor. All very true from what I've seen around here. Maybe I should invest in one:thumbup:

Someone mentioend the top 20 knives in general knife discussion, hopefully someone scans the full article! I'd like to read about some of the others.

Hopefully this doesn't cause the FFBM to reach insane prices like the SFNO!

I read it briefly when my issue came on Saturday. Interesting list. Petzel didn't go into too much musing before dropping the 20 top knives. Not so sure all 20 are top knives. Of course, I think I'd have a hard time coming up with 20 knives anyhoo.
