Since we were slow at the shop I thought I would make a bottle opener!
The Con-Rad in the opener is perfect! The extra material behind the opener mouth is just scrap!!! HAHA
This is not photo-shopped! It's job shopped! HAHA
Did it the old timey way. Old bridgeport in the corner of the shop..
.500 slack in all the gibs......Could have wrote a program using solid works 2009, or old Pro-Cam, but I'd rather feel the handles!

Anyway, Jerry Busse Combat...PLEASE quit making knives!!! It's cutting into my companies profits!!! HAHA

PS.....when the bottle opener is done, I will post some pics of it if that's ok!

LVC its A-2 Dap-Dex. Sorry the lid was a twist.. Cant afford beer that you have
to pry the cap off. Same kinda cap. Thanks for asking.

Does it work on Imported Beer as well as Domestic?:D

Pretty cool! That is a beast:thumbup:

If i get the heat treat right,, "you can pry the lid off of a can of pringles"
Iam shooting for that anyway!!

No, put the blank in a stainless wrap with a little piece of charcoal.
heat to 1425 for 30 mins then ramp up to 1750 for 30 mins.
Thats basically what ya do. Cant remember what the Carpenter
book said exactly. Have to look it up!
