We live in a world with very poor customer service, as anyone who lives in Verizon's territory can certainly attest. I wanted to point out, publicly, therefore, the wonderful service that I have received from Jerry Busse.

Quite by chance, I happened to be the first person who ordered a Zero Tolerance trio. My name didn't make it into the queue, somehow, and after a couple of weeks, I called to check in. To make a long story short(er), Jerry apologized profusely for the mixup and threw in a free sheath and an Assualt Shaker, without me asking for anything. What a wonderful experience. It is this sort of service that all companies claim, but very few achieve. It makes it much easier to buy from Busse in the future, knowing that Jerry will take care of me if I have any problems.

Thanks Jerry.

John

wow, it's funny you mentioned Verizon. They suck. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. Glad I'm not alone.
:D

Yes, absolutely ANYONE in Verizon territory can testify to bad customer service :) Gee does anyone remember the days of Bell Atlantic? When mobile service actually worked from their wireless division, when 411 operators were in abundance, and there were no wait times, when bills were almost always correct, when you called for service and they actually showed up the next business day. Oh the good old days :) Ever since that huge merging, and Verizon moved into town, ugh is the only word that can be used.

Ok sorry, couldn't resist the chance to vent built up frustration, I feel much better now :D

p.s. - Busse Combat knives does have unbelievable customer service.

Hey John....

I'll Concur on good customer service from Busse as well..

Not only Jerry,, but Dave and a Special mention to Andrew Pinchen who has done nothing short of bending over backwards for me and going out of his way serveral times...

Good stuff no doubt..

How did this turn into a phone company thread? I'm looking for a new cell phone since Worldcom totally f'ed up everything they touched. It would take pages of complaints to detail what they've done wrong. A royal rip-off.

But I've got friends who have nothing but praise for their Verizon cell phones, and I was planning on getting one. I never liked Bell Atlantic much, and I hoped they were getting better.

Back to the real (knife) world: there must be a reason Busse knives are so popular -- it can't be those low, low prices! I'm always glad to hear about good service.

Don't get me started on Verizon!!!! I have their telephone service, a cell phone, and manage a huge number of their 56K and T1 lines. I can't think of a better example of completely absent customer service. I'm looking into alternative technologies, not because I don't like the technologies, but just to get away from Verizon!!!

So far Voice Stream has been good to me. I cant wait for my new Busse Satin Jack!!!!
