I been making sheaths for different people and everyone has their preferences on carry attachments. So it was very difficult to keep up with my stock when people where asking for different hole spacing. So decided this was going to be my solution to that problem and all my sheaths will now have these slots to accommodate just about any attachments. It will also mean my sheaths turnaround would be from 1 to 2 weeks to just a few days (next day shipping for Busse-kin production kydex sheaths.) Would like some feedback before I start busting these out in different colors. Here are some samples TGLB & AMS. By the way the top slots on TGLB are retention slots.

That looks like a good solution to me, I generally attach a esee molle back and pouch on a tglb sized knife. It looks to me that the way you have your holes and slots set up would work just fine for that.

Thanks for response! Need to get a esee molle back for size reference to use as template.

They do work well for just about any midsize knife and makes it more versatile, for smaller knives I've used the molle back from a esee3/4 or a tec lock and for larger I used the molle back off of a junglas sheath. Thats one of the nice things about kydex so many different ways to attach it. I like the slots on your sheaths they look like if you used a drop loop you could put a strap through the bottom or just use straps on both slots for a pack.

That's the idea for the bottom slots, if you want to wear as drop leg you can tie strap around leg or to attach pouches, Paracord,piggyback other sheaths, etc...

What exactly do you use for attaching your sheaths to molle webbing, and do you have a pic to show this? I've heard about "molle loks" (but I've still not seen pics of this method), and I've also seen the Tactical Tailor product (the name they use for their product slips my mind at the moment), but they are basically thin "plastic/polymer-like" straps approx 5/8" wide, which mount to the back of the kydex sheath, and simply weave through the molle webbing, just as any regular molle compatible pouch would and should. However, I have been told by one sheathmaker that the molle loks are superior to the Tactical Tailor product. Any comment on this? I really feel that molle compatibility should be almost mandatory and a MUST on any knife sheath, and I'm disappointed more kydex makers don't offer proper molle attachment methods. The holes for lashing a kydex sheath to molle webbing are nice, but just don't cut it. I really like your sheaths J&G, and hope you'll continue to innovate.

Would also like to see more kydex/leather hybrids, and also more guys offering ADJUSTABLE tension sheaths as well.

@razorhunter
Here are some pics of different style sheaths using Molle-loks & Malice Clips. Both really good but Molle-lok's are still better as far as opening to slide on/off.
