Today is sunday, the weather is so strange it was hot in last week (like summer) then suddenly it is cold in these couple days (back to winter again).
We have a traditional dish called 'Ma-Yu-G' (sesame-oil chicken), it's good for women and girls to eat in cold season. Guys can eat too but normally I only eat a little.

This dish is very simple, some chicken meat, old-aged ginger, cooking sesame-oil and some rice-wine.

I bought some chicken legs from supermarket yesterday.
I had to clean the chicken legs to cut off some fat before cooking.
My Busse GW did a good job.
Then I had to chop the chicken legs into pieces, the powerful CGFBM was here, for the CFGBM this 'task' was just a piece of cake.
Check out those clean cut in picture.

OK now I have a happy wife who just finished her dish and maybe I'll have some more budget for knives soon. ;)

PS. Anyone has problem for forums speed today and yesterday?
I can't view bladeforums smoothly but can do on 'others'.
Have big lag and delay from viewing.

That dish looks nice.

To me, the entire Internet seemed slow yesterday. Maybe it was the Scotch.

Cool, chop chicken with a FBM !! LOL

The dish looks good ! Great pictures.

Thanks for your great comments.

Raining,
Guys can eat the dish too. No problem at all for the manliness. :)

Maybe next time I can use the FBM LE for chopping something?

If I started chopping chicken in my kitchen with a FBM LE who knows where that would stop? I’d end up needing a quick home remodel.

I'm waiting until I'm camping or something.
