hi all,just wanted to know if it's ok to put rens wax on double cut blades, and is it better to use mineral oil on the stabilized wood handles,bone,etc or is it all the same? thanks for your info.

Ren Wax is OK for DCBB and as far as I know Mineral Oil is good on any of the natural type hilts. If you are thinking about putting mineral oil on the hilt, why don't you just use mineral oil on the whole knife??? To be honest I don't have any natural grips anymore so maybe some of the others will chime in.
