This is a 1/8" version of the BOSS Jack LE w/ a high flat saber.

The last thing I have in the shop at the moment is a TTKZ thats having it's grind flattened out

Apprentice models generally have the talon hole either removed or not drilled.

You're right, no holes in any of the Apprentice models I could dig up. Maybe it was a show offering...

KH, I couldn't agree more about the warranty factor on modifications, it is important.

I am an original equipment kind of guy, the mods are great, but I would keep thinking how they were originally.
IMO, origonal stuff, not only knives but other stuff hold value much better.
Just my opinion.
