These guys came with the std scales/slabs, right? Basically a HR without the cardboard effect, right? Same thickness and OAL as a HR, right?

That's pretty much it Solstice. There was a thread somewhere where Jerry explained there was some difference in the handles but they definitely feel closer to standard than magnum. Thanks
 
The handles are asymetrical, so one side is flat and the other is slightly shaped. I have used mine extensivly and love the handle, it is very comfortable. Very nice knife.

They are standard scales.

One side is basically flat, and the other side has some palm swell. :thumbup:

Ya know, IIIRC, Jerry mentioned that the flat side, was actually a slight arc starting from the front and curving to the back...
