My first nice fixed blade was an original TGLB, black canvas and comp finish — when you had to call for it. Loved that knife. I’m. It a huge outdoors guy, but had a lot of fun with it. And it even served to carve a turkey with the inlaws whom has no knives at *all* heh. It was complete with a Mashed Cat sheath.

Foolishly sold it. Actually most of my knife hobby had been selling things I like just to try new ones. So I have a lot of different knife selling regrets lol.

I had a TGULB just a few years ago that I sold for Christmas money. Another regret.

Have had a selection of others — miss the Sar3 also.

Currently have and love my Infimandu.

I used to live rural and if nothing else, could beat up firewood. Now I’m in a suburb so just never have use for these anymore but the cool/fun factor has not worn off.

Again I find myself wanting a TGULB, with its fun nostalgia from the WD days. Buuuuuuuut, now there’s that wicked forefather Bowie….

Fun times. No real point here. Just fun nostalgia. The first one is what remains (for now) and the others are the only photos I have of the long gone ones.

Cheers.

Love that SAR 3, looks like Tiger Hide canvas?
I had 2 bowies and sold both, no regrets I didn’t like the penetrating tip swedge thing.

The TGULB is a great camping/ Survival while the Bowie is more fighter and not many are going to use it to fight with these days…IMO
