A number of models could fill that role, although they would only be available on the secondary market at the current time. You Left out the Combat Recruit, but I like the Skeleton Key the Best of the Busse Neckers so far.
I have one that I keep and I have Given away at least 5 so far, (Matching ones to my kids and others to my friends)
The Culti makes for a nice necker as well, and there is something to be said for the Boney Active Duty.
