i have here a busse NICK from the second run (the non numbered ones with a complete chisel grind), that has been modified (by me) into a gyuto style chefs knife rather then a santaku.

because this knife was modified third party, if it should break as a result of my modification, then it will not be under warranty by busse. if it breaks elsewhere (besides the front half of the blade) then it is still under warranty.

i find that the gyuto style is much more versatile and easier to use then the santaku, wich is why i modified it.

200$ SOLD - has to be paypal, and has to be within the u.s.

im selling this because i overdrew my account by 110$, and, by the time the funds reach the account from paypal, the bill will probably be 200$. i dont realy want to sell this, but its the only way to keep the overcharge bill from going crazy over the next 2 weeks.

i'll send it via usps priority mail with insurance within 2 bussiness days of recieving payment. (chances are it will be within 1 bussiness day).

thanks for looking :D

please email me at this adress - rather then the verizon one. i cant actually get into that account unless im on another computer then the one i normally use, so i may not be able to respond to you for a few days if you use the verizon adress.

a few more comments on this one -

the handle has been sanded down to about 220 to give it grip, because paper micarta at a polish is very very slippery when greased up.

the blade flats aren't beat up by any means, but the knife is a user, so there are scratches from use across the blade. its by no means in mint condition, but there isnt anything on it that would detract from its intended purpose, that of a kitchen knife. its all just surface scratches, none of them deep, but they are visible as they go against the origina satin finish lines.

the edge has been sharpend to a polished 21 degree's, with a secondary 18 degree bevel to round it out a little.

I will take it if you are okay to send it to Germany, I never had any problem so far with packages coming from the US, out of the customs of course, but everything finally arrived safe at home. I can do paypal, no problem, and will add $10 to help with the extra shipping cost if that sounds fair to you.

What steel is it made of? INFI as well?

Thanks for your answer.

Xavier.

it does have a sheath (and an odd one at that, kydex, open back pancake style, only has 2 rivets), but it is sold.
i dont send outside of the us because i once lost 650$ worth of goods doing it. other guy received his, mine was lost. i'm not destitute (most of the time), but i am normally very poor, so it hurt a lot to lose the money. i dont really intend to ever repeat the circumstances again... no offence meant by it, i just cant risk it, even if its a very slim chance that anything would go wrong, as i would give a refund out of principles were it to be lost.
steel is infi, handles slabs are black paper micarta.
