Here is the link to the auction (which I am not affiliated with in any way):
(Linking to an on going auction is not allowed.)
Here is the history of the knife given by the seller:
"For Sale is a rare Busse knife made by Jerry Busse of Busse knives.
It has a 9.5" blade and is made from INFI 3/16" thick with serrations and a-symmetrical grind with a White coating. I recently bought this along with other knives from a collector who told me this one knife was bought from a person in the USA who called himself "The Oppressor" and who believed that he was the love child of Jerry Busse but turned out not to be and was so dissapointed that he sold the knife to the collector i bought it from, the same gentleman supposedly camped outside the home of Jerry Busse until he agreed to make this knife for him, Jerry agreed after "The Oppressor" turned up at his door with "INFI" tattooed across his forehead ( i think i would have made it for him too)....and so goes the story, either way this is a lovely rare knife worthy of a good home regardless of the story that came with it."
Interesting story. Does anyone care to comment?
