Busse Or Kin Carving ?

Hi Everybody,

My Brother From England Tom brought up a good point last night;

What Busse (or Kin) are you using to carve the bird ?

Now they do not really celebrate Thanksgiving in England, go figure but my buddy Tom does

I usually use my modified NICK, but It got me thinking, what do the rest of you guys and gals use ?
