It's a really easy thing to complete. I put one on my FBM using this link. KAAK did a great job on it. I did notice that you could use quite a bit less paracord than he recommends, but to be safe go with his lenth recommendation. Paracord is pretty cheap and having to retie the lacing would be a bummer. Good luck.
