I just want to say a helluva big thanks to all of you.
I've NEVER experienced such a level of customer service even if I am on the other side of the pond. Even if I am not a real "hog" , doing business with you is a great experience, and remains very personal.
The world really shrinks with you, thanks.

Amazingly, they seem to like us and not just our money (or booze):D;). I really can't ever say enough about how great they are, so it's good to see others post appreciation.:thumbup:
 
i've ordered a DC CGASH from busse direct and i had to change the order....not sure who helped me over the phone, but it was a nice lady......


i've ordered many blades from scott and vicky and even once had a return issue....truely a pleasure to deal with.....they are good peoples....
